Toolkit to Disable Automatic Delivery of Internet Explorer 10



For those who would like to block automatic delivery of Internet Explorer 10 to machines in environments where Automatic Updates is enabled  while in-house application compatibility evaluation still in progress.  The Internet Explorer 10 Blocker Toolkit enables users to disable automatic delivery of Internet Explorer 10 as an important class update via Automatic Updates (AU) feature of Windows Update (WU).

Internet Explorer 10 - Install new version automatically


 
For those who wanted to disable 'Install new versions automatically' or Auto Update for Internet Explorer 10, it can be done easily with the following quick steps.
 
To disable 'Install new versions automatically', goto Tools - About Internet Explorer.  Uncheck the box to disable the Auto Update.  To enable 'Install new versions automatically' simply check the checkbox and it will does the job accordingly.

Microsoft Security Bulletins

Age-based guidelines for kids' Internet use

Microsoft Most Valuable Professional 2013



2013, guess what?  The world haven't end yet.  It is the end of the myth of Maya calendar in 2012 and it is a start for a new exciting journey in the cutting edge technology.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my wife, daughter, parents & sister and not to forget my colleagues, especially Wong Chon Kit who always bugging me;  My mentor Noel Teng who always share awesome ideas and support during the MVP's engagement process.

I appreciate all the encouragement to me in the last past years and I would like to thank all My Tech Sharing users who have always been behind me and supporting all my work.  Sharing have been part of my passion and I will be looking forward to share more in 2013.
